Our Recovery Sessions offer a personalized, one-on-one experience with a provider to accelerate your body’s recovery and keep you feeling your best. Utilizing techniques like massage, IASTM, cupping, percussion massage, and manual stretching, these sessions relieve soreness, reduce muscle tightness, and boost overall mobility. While these are not physical therapy treatment sessions and aren't intended to diagnose or treat specific injuries, they provide essential support for recovery and improved performance. Whether you're training hard, managing daily physical demands, or simply seeking to stay active longer, our recovery sessions are the perfect tool for maintaining peak condition and preventing burnout.

Active recovery classes

Our Active Recovery Classes are guided group sessions designed to enhance recovery and mobility through instructor-led myofascial release (MFR) and targeted stretching techniques. With a maximum of 8 participants, you’ll receive personalized attention while using tools like foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and stretching straps to release tension, improve flexibility, and aid in muscle recovery. Perfect for anyone looking to prevent stiffness and enhance physical resilience, these classes are an essential addition to any fitness routine for lasting results and sustained performance.
